It seems like everyone we know has a young adult starting their post-secondary education. Our Niece and Nephew are lucky to be able to continue living at home; however, most kids will be living in the dormitory. I’ve compiled a list of practical things you need as you start university.
Bathroom Essentials
Unless you are super boujee, you will probably be sharing a bathroom with an entire floor. If you’re a woman, I hope it’s a same sex facility because I found young men to be less than clean. But even for women, it can be a steep learning curve to fend for yourself when you no longer have Mom to do it for you. To this day, I am so grossed out by hair in drains and on the floor that I still wear flip-flops everywhere, even on pool decks.
