I felt so lost after surviving sepsis 3 times. It’s hard enough getting a sepsis diagnosis, never mind a how-to-heal pamphlet. I’ve been on a 13-year-long recovery journey and I accept I will never be the same. That doesn’t mean I’ve given up. It means I’ve figured out what works for me and I want to share it with you.
